June 1998 – Current: IBM Global Services, Armonk, NY

Managed several technical teams responsible for development, deployment and support of custom applications with complex system integration, including

o       Installation, configuration and operational management of a new web based career portal for a large department of defense client, supporting 100,000 users and still growing

o       Installation, configuration and operational management of a new web based collaboration gateway for a large department of defense client that involved heavy coordination with existing and other new systems

o       An enterprise wide PC refresh rolling out tens of thousands of PCs to hundreds of hospitals part of a regional health system, including the full deployment cycle to assess current environment, build new environment, order and process equipment, and then deploy and transfer data

o       Deployment of a new electronic patient record system to various military hospitals around the country, including but not limited to site surveys, replacing existing equipment with new standardized PCs and coordinating with local IT staff
